Maintain and update safety services IT infrastructure using tools such as Intune, Cradlepoint modems, and mobile data computers. Also assist with mobile device management, computer management, and general help desk tickets using Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and other tools.
Used the Cireson Management system to create and maintain tickets; handled computer imaging, end-user assistance, and asset management. Helped deliver the Windows 7 end-of-life upgrade to Windows 10 and supported employees with their daily computer needs.
Enforced, revised, and maintained standard operating procedures with a focus on guest experience. Trained and coached employees, and coordinated guest and management communication using property management systems and other communication tools.
Supported guests throughout check-in, their stay, and departure. Served as a customer service and point-of-sale contact while balancing daily front desk responsibilities.
Studied programming languages including C++, C#, and Assembly; software engineering, data management, statistical analysis, computer networking, and distributed processing.

I am a computer enthusiast and have built and worked on computers since I was young. I enjoy learning about computer science, programming, and information assurance. I spent almost 15 years in scouting and later served in troop leadership roles, including Scout Leader.
I have been a motorcyclist since 2018 and ride with a small group. Maintaining, upgrading, and riding my bike is a rewarding expression of freedom and peace.

NEATSet is a Perl script-based application originally designed and developed by Mark Elias at M&M e-Services for network administration. It generates configuration files that can be read by networking devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and modems.
